Ingredients for Fish Pepper Soup:
pepper soup spice/Ehuru/Nutmeg
1) Pour some water into a pot and allow to boil. Then add the ground crayfish, sliced onions, a cube of boullion cube, ground pepper, ground nutmeg (ehuru).
2) Cover the pot with the ingredients and bring to boil.
3) Then add the fish and salt for taste.
4) Allow to cook for 20-25 minutes.
5) The fish pepper soup is ready now and can be enjoyed with rice, fufu or eaten alone especially for pregnant women or during winter.
